DAY 1: From Kigali to Volcanoes National Park
Day 1: Kigali to Volcanoes National Park
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will meet our professional Zamunda Travels tour guide. You will then enjoy a short city tour around Kigali.
The city tour will give you a chance to see some of Kigali and learn more about Rwanda, the Land of a Thousand Hills.
After the city tour, you will drive to Volcanoes National Park in northern Rwanda. The journey takes you through beautiful countryside, rolling hills, and terraced farms. You will enjoy scenic views of Rwanda along the way.
On arrival, you will check in at your lodge and relax.

DAY 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will drive to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters. Here, you will receive a briefing before starting your gorilla trek.
You will then enter the forest in search of the mountain gorillas. As you walk through the rainforest, you may see colorful birds and golden monkeys. You may also find signs of other wildlife, such as buffaloes and elephants.
Once you find the gorillas, you will spend time watching them in their natural habitat. After the trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and some rest.
The trek can be exciting and tiring, so the afternoon is free for you to relax at the lodge.
