Detailed 4 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour
Day 1: Kampala/Entebbe to Lake Mburo National Park
Start your journey early in the morning from Kampala or Entebbe. On the way, stop at the Uganda Equator crossing in Kayabwe. Here, you can enjoy the famous water experiment and take photos at the Equator.
After the visit, continue to Lake Mburo National Park. Arrive at your lodge and have some time to relax. Later in the evening, enjoy a game drive in the park.
During the drive, look out for zebras, antelopes, buffaloes, hyenas, giraffes, and many birds. After the game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-Day Adventure in Lake Mburo National Park
Wake up early and head out for a morning game drive. This is a good time to look for wildlife when the animals are most active. You may see predators such as leopards and jackals.
The game drive also gives you a chance to see impalas, waterbucks, zebras, giraffes, and other animals. Afterward, return to the lodge for breakfast.
Later in the morning, enjoy a horse-riding or bicycle safari through the park. This is a great way to enjoy the scenery and see wildlife from a different view.
After lunch, take a boat ride on Lake Mburo. During the cruise, you may see hippos, birds, and other animals around the lake. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Lake Mburo to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, start your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On the way, make a stop at the Igongo Cultural Centre.
The visit gives you a chance to learn about the culture and history of the people of western Uganda. After the cultural experience, continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park and check into your lodge.
Later in the evening, enjoy a game drive in the park. Keep an eye out for elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, giraffes, hippos, antelopes, hyenas, and different bird species. After the drive, return to the lodge for dinner and rest.
Day 4: Morning Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have an early breakfast before heading out for your final game drive. The early morning is a good time to search for lions, hyenas, and other wildlife.
During the drive, you may also see elephants, buffaloes, hippos, antelopes, and many bird species. After the game drive, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport.
